Friday Night Magic

Welcome to **Friday Night Magic at Common Collectibles!** We want everyone to have fun, meet new players, and get some games in, so here are the quick rules:

**1. Start Time**
Games begin around **7 PM**. Come early if you want time to set up, shuffle, and find a pod.

**2. No Entry Fee**
Friday Night Magic is currently **free to enter**.

**3. Format**
We will mostly be playing **casual EDH / Commander** to start. As more players join us, we plan to add **cEDH** and **Standard** options.

**4. Bring Your Own Deck**
Players should bring their own Commander deck, dice, tokens, playmat, and anything else they need to play.

**5. Rule 0 Before Each Game**
Before starting, talk with your pod about deck power level, combos, proxies, and what kind of game everyone wants. Keep it fair and fun.

**6. Pods**
Players will be grouped into casual Commander pods, usually 3–4 players when possible.

**7. Be Respectful**
No bullying, trash talk that goes too far, cheating, stealing, or intentionally ruining the game for others. Keep it friendly and welcoming.

**8. Keep Games Moving**
Take your turns in a reasonable amount of time and help keep games flowing so everyone gets to play.

**9. Ask for Help**
New players are welcome! If you’re learning, returning to Magic, or unsure about a rule, just ask. We’re here to help.

**10. Have Fun**
The goal is simple: shuffle up, make friends, cast spells, and have a good time.
