LEZA

Also performing as part of the Shanachie Pub 25th Anniversary Party…

Leza îs a Brazilian psych-pop/surf rock band formed in São Paulo (Brazil) by Gustavo Athayde AKA Gusley. With multiple influences – from California bands (Allah-Las, Grateful Dead, Wavves, Oh Sees) and Brazilian Tropicalia sounds (Os Mutantes, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Jorge Ben), Leza released a single “Coisa Nova” along with a video clip dedicated to that song, which was part of their album called Bardo.

They have been sharing their music at Shanachie Pub for the past couple of years and have become a fast favorite!
